Organisers cut stage 7 to 47 km, moved the start to Pont Louis Nucera and transferred riders by convoy after heavy rain and snow forecasts. The finish was relocated to Isola-Village. Dorian Godon sprinted to victory for INEOS Grenadiers on the uphill run into Isola-Village in a bunch finish. Jonas Vingegaard retained the overall race lead.
